so kiddo wants a scarf like the one described in e-mail. purple print, no fringes.
the Orvis slippers are the way to go. three, possibly four pairs. one for Bob, one for Dad and one for Mom. Perhaps Lois. we'll see.

i should place the order with sudberry pretty soon. can't afford to get stuck on that. (coasters, maybe two sets, clock - light finish, i think; better get that tray, just in case)
leaving the mod podge/plate deal alone this season. there, pressure off.
Gerry tells me that Nielsens has the garlands i want (probably), also the big, flasy ornaments. i'll have to look for ribbon and, i think, beads for said garlands. sage green and gold for the living room. purple and silver/pearl for the dining room.
