Whadda Weekend
I had a wonderful weekend. Miss Moss and Haywood came up and hung out with Jackie and I on Friday night at my place. It was so nice just to have time to visit with them. There was a HUGE storm on Saturday morning/ afternoon. The storm washed away part of my road, so to get around it one has to drive around the block. Not too bad for most Americans, but it takes 10 minutes to get around my block because we live in the country.
Saturday we went to Sue's for her party. It was a pretty good time after all was said and done. We all drank way too much, but whatever we had a good time. It rained only a little bit there, but then it cleared up. I kind of have mixed feelings about Sue's birthday this year.
Sunday we woke up and took down the tents and went to breakfast. After we came home and went swimming. I was so sad to see Marcy and Chris leave. I never laugh as hard as I do with Marcy. I wish you didn't have to leave at all!
Once Marcy and chris left Jackie and I got back into the pool for maybe another hour. We had visions of going for a bike ride, but settled for a nap. We didn't wake up until 7, which sucked because I couldn't fall asleep at night, but whatever. Jackie and I ended our evening with going out to dinner and then coming home to bed.
I am sunburnt!
This morning, as expected, I am very tired. It's time to start work now and there are only 2 of 7 of us in the office. Today is going to be interesting.
