oh, so hey.. guess what Anna did again... I'm a moron and need to stop donating blood because so far its Anna - 1, Blood - 4... I'm not winning...
I went to donate blood today b/c i had 1.5hrs to blow btwn classes, and with it taking 20ish mins to walk back to my dorm, it was pointless to go back home.. all seemed fine, i felt wonderful (which was a first) so i left.. I went to the picnic table outside of the blood mobile to talk to some friends, then i started feeling light headed (maybe the heat?).. so i headed back toward the blood bus.. the dizziness felt worse and i tripped over my feet then tumbled to the ground... I'd say i half blacked out b/c I could only see a tiny little hole, kinda like tunnel vision.. Luckily my friend Ben came over from the picnic table, AND the guy from the blood mobile happened to be seeing me so he came out.. I got in the bus, slapped on some ice pads, waited 20-30mins and all was gravy... go anna!
I think i'm just a bad spokesperson for donating blood.. people see me half way pass out/pass out and think.. F- that, I'll never give blood... maybe I should either just quit.. or chill in the bus for like an hour before actually trying to leave.. lol
