My Own League of Extraordinary Gentlemen
I haven't yet seen The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen, but I know the basic concept and thought this was a fun enough idea to try anyway.

Create-Your-Own League of Extraordinary Gentlemen
1. Choose five to seven characters
2. They may be from books, movies, comics, TV shows, games, and real life--no traditional superheroes, though
3. They may be from any place on the space-time continuum, and any plane of existence--characters do not need to exist within the same era and country as in the original
4. You must identify the recruiter, the leader, and the villain, and there must be at least one female
5. Optional: You may identify their primary means of transport (like Nemo's Nautilus)
Recruiter: Modesty Blaise from the comics of the same name. Formerly a master criminal, now an adventuress.
Leader: Doctor Who from the TV series of the same name. Timelord.
Villain: Geillie Duncan from Diana Gabaldon's books Outlander and Voyager. Witch who can walk through time, sacrifices virgin boys as a hobby.
Team:
Angua from Terry Pratchett's Discworld books. Werewolf and watchwoman.
Colonel X from the Press Gang episode "UnXpected". Hero/mad actor with a flame-throwing signet ring among his assets.
Howl from Diana Wynne Jones's books "Howl's Moving Castle" and "Castle in the Air". Wizard with more talent than sense of responsibility.
Taran from Lloyd Alexander's Prydain chronicles. Hero and assistant pig keeper.
Primary means of transportation: The Tardis.
