Garbled quotes quiz

It's been a while since I last had a quiz, so here's a new one now: A quotes quiz, my favourite kind! This one has a twist, though. I have picked 20 quotes from films and television and run them through Lost in Translation Agency, which translates phrases back and forth until the result is word soup.

Can you still figure out the original contexts/

It is rather head-hurty! I made sure only to add in the ones I could still remember the original for the next day. :-) And yes, that is indeed the TARDIS speaking!

13 - a corruption of "second star on the right, and straight on 'til morning" from Peter Pan?
