I told my parents about the jerk who refused to issue marriage licenses to interracial couples: "...wouldn't marry mixed couples. I mean mixed-race couples."

My dad's reply: "But he's willing to mix sexes all helter-skelter!?"

Have I mentioned lately that I love my dad? :-)
