late night ramble
Remind me to never again download anything that's six and a half gb. It took me almst two days, but at least now I have the full season of Cupid. Yay! Never again.
In other computer news, Mac support finally called (a month and a half after I handed my old computer in) to tell me that fixing the computer would cost 5000 SEK, which is more than the old thing is worth. So I asked them to put the hard drive on a disc instead. That'll cost me 875. *sigh* Now all I got to do is find a place where I can get all my AppleWorks documents converted into a format my current computer can read... Maybe it's not worth it, but I am such a pack rat.
As for something completely different, I got a SPN vid idea instead of the Vienna Teng one I'm not going to do anymore. The upsides of this idea are that the song is very short (1:18) and pretty easy to make fit the show, at least on a metaphorical level. The downsides are that it'd be one of those vids showing all the show's top angsty moments (that we all know by heart), and that the song's in Swedish. So not only would the vid be kind of trite, but the number of people who'd "get it" would be minimal. *sigh* Why do I get these splendid ideas?
