I saw Million Dollar Baby yesterday (fantastic movie!) and cried like a little sprinkler system. My only comfort is that so did Clint Eastwood

Good Omens: Neither Crowley nor Aziraphale cry that I can remember, but they both (especially Aziraphale) get very sentimental and emotional at several points, and Crowley has a full-on emotional crisis in the burning bookshop. They're pretty reluctant to discuss emotions, though, unless drunk or facing imminent death. Hastur gets extremely emotional after Ligur's demise (it's macho revenge-lust though, which may not count).
Hitchhiker's: Not a lot of crying, although in the execrable fifth book Arthur shows real, deep emotion for the daughter he's been landed with, and has been chasing all over the galaxy trying to find his lost love. Ford remains a shallow character, and all the better for it.
Fenndom: All the male characters cry. All of them discuss their emotions with friends. All hold hands and stare lovingly into their friends' eyes. Most are heavily involved with conquering the world for Britain.
Weiss Kreuz: Omi cries and discusses emotions; he ends up rich and powerful with a semblance of an actual life. Ken bottles things up and has an eventual nervous breakdown. Yohji mostly bottles things up and has an eventual nervous breakdown. Aya bottles things up and is pretty clearly clinically depressed. Schuldig doesn't bottle anything up and is almost always cheerful. Farfarello doesn't bottle anything up and is even happier in his day-job. Crawford hides his emotions from everyone but his friends, talks freely with them and seems happy and satisifed with that. Nagi bottles things up and has an eventual mental blow-out. Hmmm. Seems to be a pattern there.

Bible: Real men cry.

Dude, Jesus cries. If that's not a manly role model I don't know what is. *grin*
