I forgot about the whole explaining thing: Chicken Run made the list because it's a funny and hilariously animated movie, and because I'm in love with both Julia Sawalha and Jane Horrocks (who says the quote in question).

The Princess Bride made the list for being one of my three favourite movies ever. I love everything about that film.
