(no subject)
I ran into one of my old film professor's today - or rather, someone suddenly said "hello" and I went "Oh! Hello". (This happens all the time. I don't ignore people, I just don't notice them.)
I passed by, and then he called my name. "What was I going to tell you... Right. You will go on trying to get into postgrad, won't you?" I said, "Sure," and we talked about that for a while. It ended with him saying "Sooner or later you will get in. It's just a question of time, if you keep trying, because you're good."
Am happy.
