Know me through TV

Here's a little test for you all, because I'm bored. I've written down quotes from a dozen of TV shows I watch or have watched rather regularly. You're to tell me where the quotes are from. If you can tell who's talking too, you get extra points.

Some of these are pretty simple, but then it's usually because such a large number of people know the show by heart.

"One thing I've always wondered about you, Graham: when you wake up in the morning, how do you tell? -- Well, which one is Graham?"
"He's at the hospital."
"What are the visiting hours?"

"Vegetarianism for me is about saying 'yes' to things, even meat."

"Where are you going?"
"I was following you."
"I was following you."
"All right. Don't tell anyone this happened. Okay?"

"Sapere Aude: have the courage to make use of your own intellect without anyone to guide you."

"Nothing's ever simple anymore. I'm constantly trying to work it out. Who to love or hate. Who to trust. It's just, like, the more I know, the more confused I get."
"I believe that's called growing up."
"I'd like to stop then, okay?"

"God in heaven help us!"
"Divine intervention is unlikely."

"Right, I forget. Bedrooms are private. It's just mine with all the cameras."

"If I were a man you'd do it!"
"Yes, if you were a man and you had an ovarian cyst I'd definitely remove it."

"This life has been a test. If it had been an actual life, you would have received actual instructions on where to go and what to do."

"What makes a girl feel special?"
"Wearing thong underwear backwards."

"My mother agreed with me tonight."
"I'm so sorry."

"Who the hell are you?"
"Stop kidding around, you know damn well who I am."
"Who the hell am I?"
