Yesterday Dri took the GREs and didnt do as well as shed hoped. I woke early to finish mad paper work for class and perform my scene as my final (got an A). Then I went to check the status of my petition, which was denied, so Dri and I decided to sulk with a 46 oz margarita at Ashleys Pub- delicious!! Then we followed up with a quart for myself and a 12 pack for Dri. Soon after, I headed over to the Parkers house to celebrate the holiday right. A good fun night had by all. :)
This morning I worked with the owner and corporate, alongside a new fella weve been training who is virtually useless. We literally had to label every type of bread because he couldnt remember them, now he wants us to label the meats because he cant distinguish tuna from turkey or roast beef. I find myself getting so frustrated with him and then I feel really badly because he may really have a learning disability or handicap, somethings not right. I need to acquire patience, thats an important attribute for life that I seriously lack. Ill have to work on that.
Tonight I go into work to continue training for manager. The other night I was in charge of ordering produce, counting drawers, making prep lists, checking people out. . . Tonight Ill run through everything again.
For now- a nap, a well earned, much desired nap :)
