I found this out today after going to Cowboys dance hall last night and someone slipping a drug into my drink. I went from being totally coherant to laying on the floor, face down on the floor. I dont' know when my drink was altered or by who. I just know that I am lucky that i hadn't been there alone. My friend and neighbor was with me and she knew what i was like. We had drank together several times before and she knew me. After throwing up 3 times on the floor surrounded by a TON of people, which i don't remember doing, the security told my friend that I had to leave. They didn't even offer help just kept saying that i needed to leave. My friend got a guy to help her pretty much carry me to the curbside and then put me in the car. Security did make my friend sign a release stating that she was able to drive me home. Other than that they didn't even bother to investigate. I was unable to talk, Unable to move on my own. A few minutes before that i was taking pictures of the concert I was at, with no problems. As soon as my friend got me home it took her and Scott to pretty much carry me to the bedroom and undress me. A couple hours later i woke up being sick from both ends and having terrible acid reflux. I didn't sleep well but when I did get out of bed around 10:30 i felt no ill feelings. No headache or body ache's. Nothing. A couple hours later and now i feel like a truck hit me.
This is VERY sad to think that people will do that. I'm just soooo lucky and fortunate that i had a trusted friend with me to get me home safe. God only knows what would have or could have happened to me.
