Party time!!
I had a great girls night out last night. Went out with txswthrt_00, her friend Sandy (who i've met and enjoyed company with a few times) and txswthrt_00, friend liz.. txswthrt_00, Brother in law(soon to be ex on the in-law!)even went with us. He's so quiet but he's cool.
Awesome night.. We danced, drank, laughed. Cowboys had a bikini contest going on that night as well. lol. I had a blast laughing at all the guys trying to swoop over to the stage. We were actually standing by the front stage all night, when the bikini contest started i got blocked from my grp so ended up on the side watching the drunk guys. lol.
SO, either our alcohol tollerance had gone way UP or they are watering down alcohol more than they used to. I mean. OK, 3 shots, a jell-0 shot, a half a beer(lol. Mary had a college guy pick her up and buy her a beer.. she does't really like beer!), and 3 mixed drinks. I never even felt a buzz. I mean, these drinks were all within about 3 hours of each other. The odd thing was that when we finally left there, at closing time, I was starving so i stopped and bought 2 Taco Cabana Breakfast taco's. Sorta tradition, heh. Then when i woke up this morning, i was SOOO HUNGRY again. So, maybe that's my form of hang over. lol.
So.. got home, showered, brushed my teeth and climbed into bed about 3:30, next to my zonked out husband who barely moved when i gave him a kiss. lol. He fed all the animals for me and left the bedroom light on so that i could see. he's so sweet!
Found out this morning that txswthrt_00, had managed to play match maker and by the end of the night, her friend Liz and her Brother in law had kissed and exchanged numbers. lol. I think last night helped txswthrt_00, . When we first started the night she was very quiet and reserved. After a bit I saw the old HS txswthrt_00, coming out. I remember this bright red shirt that Mary used to wear when we would have a night out that was badly needed. lol. I didn't see the shirt, but i finally saw that person that used to wear it. She had someone buy her a beer, she danced with someone on the floor. She laughed, she was happy. That's what made the night worth it! Um, yeah, cuz i totally had no fun at all. None. Nope. Not me.
