I've had it with Verizon and their piece of shit providing. >.< Had them for several years and all we've had is almost CONSTANT PROBLEMS. Most of them to do with the internet or phone. They must hire some of the most brain dead idiots on the face of this fucking earth for installers. Plus the fucking suckiest customer service I've ever seen! Making us wait god damned DAYS to get it resolved.
Take for example a couple of weeks ago, when we had no PHONE or internet for 4 days! And now all weekend I've been dealing with a god damned yo-yo internet that goes down either every 5-10 minutes or every hour!
Fuck them, when our contract runs out, we are NOT renewing! We're going back to Brighthouse. When we had Brighthouse for only a year, WE HAD HARDLY ANY PROBLEMS.
