Alternative Color Lust
As you know by now, I would love to go utterly pink-headed. Yet at the moment I can in no way afford a good quality wig, and am willing to go somewhat in a... different direction color-wise until that happens.
Because there's not a damned thing wrong with pretty purple tresses.
However, there's a part of me that wants to be able to do it without worrying too much about complaints in my office about "too unnatural" a shade until I get a wig purchased, so I'm gonna stick somewhat more in the realm of black hair with a faint purple tinge to it. And I managed to find a shade that's exactly what I would want: Mystic Black by Feria.
Unfortunately, that's only available - technically - in the UK. Apparently we're too prudish for wilder colors on this side of the pond...? However, Amazon comes to my rescue yet again, as there's an official L'oreal Paris seller on the site who sells shades that are generally only available outside the US, and I'll likely be buying a box come pay day. I'll also most likely be finding myself a soft brown to dye my currently bleached-blonde locks to in order to keep from killing the hell out of my hair.
Although there's always another option for my purple-tinted daydreams: I can always go to a salon and see what they have to offer me.
