My Kingdom for Intelligence
Okay, so. An assload of people are going to be headed off to a neuroscience conference this Saturday. Many of said assload are presenting posters, and have known about this for nearly two weeks. We got a few poster print requests last week, but - as expected - we're still getting them this week.
However, this is where intelligence fails.
The rules state that when a poster is uploaded to SharePoint, the person uploading said poster sends me and Tiff an email to inform us of this fact. We ask this because there are no alerts that let us know it has been done; there used to be, but then the server was updated and modified so the alerts all went *poof*.
I have had no less than three people come to ask why I haven't done their poster proof yet when they uploaded the poster to SharePoint an hour ago/two hours ago/yesterday.
Maybe, genius, it could be because your stupid ass didn't email me to let me know the bloody thing was there? Ya think?!
I need another mental health day. Like, STAT.
