been a while since i've wandered the pages of livejournal, it'll be nice to actually blog again without the whole world seeing it. :)
not too much different going on lately. work at the bird hospital, work at the small animal hospital, take some classes, work on lecture (LOTS of work stuff). fill up evenings off (because i work 7 days a week) with family, friends, pets and the occasional karaoke/margarita night. yup, margaritas! turns out alcohol actually doesn't kill you, still not sure about the other stuff though :P
recently erin and i went house hunting and found a house...weird. tomorrow i go to look at it and pick up credit apps. i have already placed all of my hope in this house, i want it so bad!! its affordable, in concord (ghetto, but still concord), and its just what my family needs to get their own space/de-stress/get a jump-start or inspiration to become employed. (its very strange working around 60 hours a week and trying to help family with the stress of working zero hours a week). erin gets out, nick gets out, everybody is happy. the end. i will be crushed if it falls through, this guy might just be yanking my chain, but he says he's holding the house for me. all fingers and toes are crossed right now.
and now, off to pick up erin for a night of relaxing and midori <3
