car....
my sister's fiance bought their 12 year old son a car. a 1994 camaro. now i know her fiance loves cars. and they stopped making camaro's a few years ago. which depressed me because, i love camaraos. but, anyway, he sees this car and decides he has to have it. he figures that in 4 years when his son is old enough to drive it'll be too expensive. so, they give it to their son and they tell him it's for him. and now he sits in the car with his friends and pretends to drive it. i have a son who is his cousin and is 12 years old. and my son is 4 months older then him. and i would never buy my son a car and tell him it's for him at this age. what i would do is buy the car for me. and keep it in great shape. and in 4 years i'd tell him once he had his drivers liscense that i wanted to give it to him. but, that's just my opinion. 12 year old kids don't need to own cars. they drove it over here yesterday when they picked up my son. and this car is beautiful. it's royal blue and it has a black leather bra on the front. and all i could think of was i can't believe they bought that for him. my kids are in shock like me. they can't believe it. i don't even think they're jealous. they talk about it and shake their heads. they can't believe it either. i love my sister and her fiance and my nephew i just don't agree with them buying him a car. but, i don't have to. one thing i do know is that my son better not get in that car with his cousin behind the wheel. any thoughts on this? i'm just curious.
