NaNoWriMo: Day Twenty Three, Year Three

Brain Cells: Frantically tallying up how much I have to write each day to reach goal by the 30th
Cheerleaders: My mother commented! Hi Mom!
Today was a mixture of the productive and the unproductive. We intended to get the Thanksgiving grocery shopping done this afternoon, but failed miserably due to the intense crowds (I know, they'll only get worse, we're going tomorrow afternoon no matter what). Instead we had lunch at Sonic and enjoyed the cooler weather and the sunshine as it is supposed to cloud up and start showering again soon.
On the writing front, the day was much better. My wrist isn't bothering me as much now that I've been wearing the brace on and off for a week (knock on wood) and I got a good spell in at Dr. Wicked's Lab. I'm not as far along as htbthomas or asamiblack, but I cracked the 30000's and that is far better than I was doing this time last year!
