NaNoWriMo: Day One, Year Three

Cheerleaders: Hello and welcome to November!
I've met a few of my characters and got them started. Tomorrow I have to figure out where they're going and why. In contrast to last year, when I overplanned and it stifled me for ages, I decided to go with a small snippet of an idea I had a few weeks ago and leave the details to be discovered as I went along this time. I deliberately didn't dwell on it until the last few days and now I am swimming in ideas as to what might happen. Ah, the heady nectar that is the first week. Let's not think about what is to come in the second.
Randomly - As I was writing, I had all the Anuna that Napster had playing in the background. I almost fell over when "Maid In The Moor Lay" came on and only speak_me_fair and a few others will even understand why.
