This was such an interesting day. So last night, mark comes over to my house around 10:30 pm to go out to dinner and he shows me his chaps for a part of his costume. Now, if you know mark brady, you know it's going to be something crazy. This year he is going as a Cowboy Stripper. So, his original thought was to wear chaps..and then have his ass hang out the back like Pauly Shore did in the movie Son in Law. lol. Problem was the chaps weren't what they were suppose to look like. Or what we thought it would look like so we weren't able to do that but we did a damn good job making him look like one sexy stripper.
So, since someone stole marks 5 pairs of tight jeans, we had to go get new ones. Now, you want to see something funny, you had to have seen this. Try picturing Mark Brady..who is normally a 36 squeeze into a 32. This was hysterical! He couldn't get it buttoned for the longest time, but after he fidgited with it he got it...but again it was just to tight for him so we had to move to a 33-34. He ended up paying 50 some bucks for those jeans. my god, I would never pay that much, so he is thinking about returning them another day. Then we head to his aunts house to grab some boots and a hat..but the boots and the hat were way to small...so we go to my house ,and I find all sorts of boots for him to try on and none of them fit. We ended up with one pair that was about 2 sizes to small for mark to wear. He managed to get one boot on and we started to dress him up. I had to close my door cause I took my dad's shirt so he could wear it and we didn't want my dad to know, so I had to help him get his chaps on cause he couldnt' do it himself. What an adventure. I'm tugging the shit out of these things to get them up his legs...I swear had my parents walked in on any of this they would have died...cause you can imagine what it must have looked like. lol. So..we try to get the belt buckle on but cause his waste was smaller then the belt, we didn't have a hole to put the buckle in...so cause it looked stupid hanging side ways we taped it to the belt. Then, we tried to get a cowboy hat that would fit and all that we had was one hat that semi looked good and my hat I got at the festival that if you want to see it I can show you a picture of erin wearing it. So he didn't want to wear my hat but the only way to make the semi good looking hat look like a cowboy hat is to bring in the sides but you need to steam them...so mark started breathing on the hat. I couldn't stop laughing. After fighting to push up his sleaves and taking pictures it comes down to putting on the final boot. Problem is, the chaps and pants are on which made it even harder to put the boot on...not to mention it doesn't even fit! So, I ended up getting kneed in the face several times trying to get the boot on while mark made noises which I'm sure sounded so bad coming from my bedroom. After all this, He went off to a halloween party and ended up winning the best costume award. lol. This was well worth the effort.
