Is there any comparable joy in life to the joy of crosswords? I'm really beginning to think that they are somehow divine. Ahhhhh, yummy.
Uh, I've discovered that I've dyed my hair so much it no longer will hold dye. It fades back to blonde. (I've dyed it platinum, red, and then brown) So I'm letting my natural color grow out, which I'd imagine is now a goldish brown/blonde, though summer is coming up and that will make it lighter.
The other day I realized how freakin' white and pasty my skin is. It's really depressing. The thing is, I can pretty easily tan naturally, but it goes away in about a week. So I guess that leaves me with 2 options: Option A: Never go inside (HA HA books? computers? video games?!?!) Option B: Fake tan. (Uh, no.) Option B2: Remain pasty.
Damn. Someone solve the problem for me!!!
I'm also getting veneers sometime before/during the beginning of summer. Lest you think I am vain! Let me explain: I was rollerskating when I was seven years old and someone tripped me, so I fell and chipped my front tooth in half. We found the tooth half but of course, it was too late...I got a cap put on my now half-tooth. So at that time they used a composite to fill the cap which eventually discolors. So this ten-year-old tooth cap now needs to go. But my dentist says they cannot match a new cap to the color of my real teeth, and it is easier for them to do veneers. Thus, I will have veeners. Fortunately, they are a new thinner kind that don't require one's teeth to be shredded.
And thus concludes my vain post.
