Prop 8 Federal trial!
Just wondered how many of you out there are aware that Prop 8 is being contested in California's Federal Court right now? Day 2 of the trial. For those interested and on Twitter, follow AmerEqualRights for updates live from the courtroom.
Kinda surprised I haven't heard anything about it here on LJ, or anywhere else. Found out about it through my cousin on Twitter. Thought some of you might be interested, if you hadn't heard this was happening. (It's entirely possible that I've just been living under a rock lately and am the last to know, lol.)
