Oh my god, I totally forgot that you don't know what it is. It's a Canadian thing. See...it's deep-fried fries, with Mozza Cheese over it and then hot gravy poured on top..and it melts the cheese. so basically it's Fries, Cheese and Gravy. It's SOOOO good.

Trust me, it's great. Sounds wierd. But it tastes awesome
