I think I need a schedule. I have all these things I mean to do, but other things get in the way. So, my New Year's Resolution plan is to make a daily schedule. It won't be a schedule I have to follow every single day - more of a what-I-should-do-on-weekdays. It's just too hard to have A.D.D. and not have a job. There's no sense of direction at all.
Ok, first part of the plan: Things I Want to Do Every Single Day.
- Brush my teeth after breakfast
- Brush my teeth before bed
- Read my scriptures. At least a little bit.
- Write. Every day. Doesn't matter if I copy names from the phone book as long as I write something.
- Practice music (Jamin's teaching me to play his recorder. So far, I sound a little like a dying frog. Possibly a large group of dying frogs.)
Now how do I fit that into the stuff I have to do every week?
- Clean my bits of the house
- Homework. I gotta figure out how to do homework in less than a zillion hours a week. It takes me way too long to read the homework and then try to formulate the perfect answer for absolutely everything.
- Grocery shopping
- Church
And every month?
- Publish church newsletter
Anybody have any thoughts on how I get from here to there?
