The new-style LJ style sheet system. By "new" of course, I mean "Introduced 5-6 years ago".

I was just as confused; what is S2? At least there's an answer, though!

Also, I still use LJ on occasion. Not as frequently as I used, which was still somewhat rare at best... but I wished you a happy birthday today, at least!
