On a gloomy evening

The news from Ukraine makes me feel gloomy. Almost everybody in the whole world think this is lunatic, terrible crime still nobody can stop nor punish that madman Putin, it seems. The world is so unfair, unreasonable. I think not only about poor but brave Ukrainian people but Russians, Chinese or the people of North Korea, all living under the terror. Our society is far, far from perfect still far better than those countries, for we are not arrested nor murdered because of what we just think and say.
And on such gloomy evening, looking at my rabbit eating her dried food is somewhat soothing. I’m thankful for her presence.
