A/N: Some fics i wrote for some special people. :) Please be good to me, i haven't written Tegomass fic for ages. LOL i'm slowly getting my motivation back on writing. The following are based from some keywords given to me.^^
1.
It was really cold when they arrived in Sweden. Tegoshi thought he’ll get used to it after some hours, but he’s wrong. This is not the kind of coldness that he usually experience during winter season in Japan, so he regrets that he decided to not bring extra jacket when he was packing for this trip. As much as he wanted to complain about the icy feeling that was getting through his body, he chose to just keep it inside him because he wouldn’t want to be a bother to their manager and the staffs.
“You know, my dad taught me a magic trick when I was young~” Massu blurted out while they’re on their way to the hotel.
Tegoshi was surprised to hear his singing-partner’s very energetic voice beside him but he just smiled as a response. It’s a relief that it’s just the two of them and the driver inside the van that time or it would surely wake people who are sleeping.
“If you put your palms together and rub them against each other quickly, it will create a flame!”
“You’re kidding right?” Tegoshi says, not convinced at all.
“No, really. I’ve tried it. Look.”
Massu started brushing his palms vigorously while Tegoshi watched with interest, though he’s pretty sure nothing will happen.
“EH??? How come it failed?”
“I told you…” Tegoshi giggles at the sight of disappointed Masuda.
“Tegoshi, Tegoshi, let me see your hand.”
“What? Why?”
Before he could even refuse, Massu already took his two hands and covered it with his own. It felt warm, and it must be the warmest feeling he has ever felt ever since they came here in this country. Somehow, the coldness he’s been enduring is lessened.
“There, I can feel the flame.”
“You’re silly, Massu.”
They both laughed heartily at the lame pun, and Tegoshi can feel his cheeks burning with the way Massu is smiling at him but he lets it like that. He thinks it’s not bad to believe in magic sometimes.

Koyama didn’t mean it. He did not plan to be on the same clothing shop as Massu, and he didn’t intend to hide and secretly watch his band mate. It was all pure coincidence so he believes he shouldn’t feel guilty. To him, it’s cute to see Massu personally buying his for his wardrobe.
He watches from the corner of his eyes as Masuda handpicked various clothes with colorful patterns, and every time the boy gets an item, he consistently advices the shop lady to give him another set with smaller size. This made the leader so curious. Koyama wonders for what reason does it have to be a pair.
And why did it have to be smaller?
He tried to come up with several reasons why, and the only thing that is obvious is the idea that Massu might be buying a couple set because he’ll give the other to his girlfriend. He remembered Massu mentioned before that if his girlfriend wants to wear couple shirts, he’d go for it too. Koyama smiled at the thought of Masuda walking with a girl with similar clothes. Among NEWS members, it’s only Massu who he hasn’t heard of talking about a girlfriend yet so he’s really happy that he actually has one. Like a mom, he muttered to himself a silent “congratulations Massu” while wiping his eyes. He’s too emotional after learning that their group’s “baby” has gotten more mature now.
Koyama left the shop empty handed, but he secretly paid for everything that Massu had purchased, even requesting the shop owner to keep it from him and pretend that it’s a shop promo. He’s really overwhelmed with the good news.
The next day, Koyama came to their concert rehearsal along with Shige and he was shocked to see Tegoshi wearing a strangely patterned jumpsuit, the one which he saw Massu choose yesterday.
“Tegoshi’s taste is back to being weird again don’t you think?” Shige comments beside him as Masuda happily announces that he will treat Tegoshi for a snack later
Tears ran down on Koyama’s face again, this time for a different reason.
3.
His mom told him not to go too far. He knows why but his friends said he’s not manly enough if he doesn’t join them for the beetle-hunting. He wants to prove to them how great he is when it comes to this kind of challenges.
The place where they brought him has a really creepy atmosphere. It has tall grasses, really taller than them, covering the land with its shadow. Whenever the wind blows, the air creates an eerie sound and if Tegoshi isn’t firm on defeating these people, he could have run away. He would tell his mom sorry for being so stubborn, but maybe it’s too late now because it seems they already reached the middle of the field.
They walked more and more, maybe he can find a giant beetle somewhere here, he thought. And maybe the giant beetle would eat them all, he thought again. He was deep on his own wild imagination that he didn’t notice his playmates running away.
“Monster! Monster!” they screamed but he couldn’t comprehend what’s going on anymore.
If a giant beetle appears he won’t mind being eaten since he’s been a bad child to his mom. He deserves to be eaten. His mom once had a story about a bad kid who was taken by a dragon to a dungeon and got eaten. Well, a giant beetle and a dragon are almost same when it comes to their size.
He’s alone now. Right.
He claims this as his victory but then again, he’d be eaten. The tall grass in front of him is moving.
That must be the giant beetle.
He lifted his small hands and covered his eyes not wanting to see what might appear in there. He’s actually really scared right now but he will never admit it. He waited patiently for a possible attack, but what he gets is a very tight embrace.
This is not deadly at all!
He opens his eyes slowly expecting to see a very scary creature. Much to his disappointment, and slight amusement, it’s a cute chubby boy who is probably same age as he is, or probably older by one year… he doesn’t care. This boy is hugging him like there’s no tomorrow while crying out loud.
His name’s Mashuda. He’s not really certain because the boy was still crying when he asked. He said he got lost in the middle of the field after being chased by a horrible and evil puppy, as what he describes it. Tegoshi beamed at him and promised to help him find his way home. By doing a good deed, his mom won’t scold at him for being disobedient.
He and this Mashuda kid became very good friends. He wasn’t able to find a big beetle, but at least he was able to find a new friend, someone who makes him feel he’s a hero and not someone who leaves him when a monster comes up. Mashuda is not so brave and that’s what he likes about him; he has someone to protect from now on.
