Breakfast: two pieces of toast with peanut butter 
                    skim milk
lunch: 100 calorie pita with sara lee honey ham slices (4) and provolone cheese (1)
             Water

Snack: Grapes

Dinner: Salad with ham, cheese, french dressing croutons, sunflower seeds
              Cup stuffed pepper soup
               10 chicken wings with bleu cheese
                Chicken Stuffing
                Dinner Roll
                Cabbage
                 Tortilla/Soft taco chips
                 root beer
we went to a buffet :-/

dessert: chocolate ice cream cone

did well- except for dinner- darn it- will be better tommorow!
