Lunch: Mango

should have eaten more for lunch- I am trying
Dinner: Homemade Chicken quesidillas
2 TBSP sour cream
1 cup salsa
1 cup Garlic/Herb Rice
1/2 cup cottage cheese
REALLY PLEASED AND HAPPY WITH TODAY. I think I ate well and made good choices. I should have eaten better at lunch...but all in all I am happy with today.
Tommorow is weigh in....a little nervous since I am on the menses again and having menses problems......but it is what it is...
I talked to Sam tonight about eating out less and he was fine with that- so I am happy about that...we will be eating in more and eating out less.....but we will still eat out---- so I am happy and he is happy! :) DOUBLE WIN!
