Breakfast: 2 pieces of 12 grain toast w. peanut butter
banana
skim milk
Lunch: Small piece of pork
Baby red potato
Water
Dinner: 3 cheese breadsticks with marinara sauce
2 pieces stuffed crust pizza w. BC
cherry sierra mist x's 2
All in all today was ok- it would have been better if Sam and I were not rushed tonight and did not go to pizza hut- but it was still ok. I did get in an hour of exercise today.....really need to work on not eating out as much- truly do- that is one of our struggles- we like to eat out- but not all great for you....so that needs to be cut down....plus- it is a good way to save money.
Wish I did better food wise today- hopefully tommorow is better.
