SHAPE. But I am trying to get in shape. I did an hour of exercise today. First thing upon waking up I did 30 minutes of pilates...and in the afternoon...I did 30 minutes of cardio.....
It is ROUGH for me....but I just try, try, try.....
I do what I can...and alter what I can't.....
This will get easier....
