So today I had goals of:
Go to post office to mail package and letter
Go to Laundromat and do laundry
Do Dishes
Get some kind of physical activity
Read as much of ch. 6 in psycopathology
Read and annotate at least one of my research articles
Hmmm...not as successful as I hoped- but today my body felt wipped and worn- and it felt like I needed rest- so since I was able to get in some rest, I took the opportunity. I was going to go to the laundromat- but when I opened up our closet today Sam had TONS of clothes all rolled up in the bottom of the closet and I had no idea what was dirty or what was or clean- so I got overwhelmed and just did not go......and physical activity- hmmmm, I wish I would have felt like doing it...but my body was SO tired- so I didn't....however I plan to tommorow.

Breakfast: Can you guess? LOL
Banana
Two pieces of 12 grain toast with peanut butter
milk
Lunch: 100 calorie pita with smoked gouda cheese *toasted*
Apple
Water
Dinner: Salad with french dressing
2 pieces of thin and crunchy cheese pizza slices
1oz bleu cheese
2.5 Cheese breadsticks
Cherry Sierra Mist
Hmmm....not such great choices at dinner- but that is ok- it will happen. I did go over on my calories and did not exercise- all in all not such a successful day....but that is ok- there is tommorow...... just going to do it one day at a time!!!
