Yesterday's Accountability

My internet was being a tool yesterday- so I was unable to get on last night to post my accountability- so I will do it this morning!

Yesterday's Accountability:

Breakfast: Two pieces of 12 grain toast with peanut butter
                    Banana
                    Skim Milk

Lunch:  11 Strawberries
*My stomach was upset from working out and could not get much down*

Dinner: 3/4 order of boneless buffalo wings with bleu cheese
               Applebees House Salad with Tex Mex Dressing
               Pepsi, Water

All in all I was happy with yesterday.  I worked out for 45 minutes and that is good!  I wish I could have eaten more for lunch- but I did what I could- and I am pleased with that.
