Breakfast: Peaches in Lite Syrup
12 Grain Toast with Peanut butter
Skim Milk
Lunch: Whole Grain Pita with chicken salad, spring organic mix salad, banana peppers, red roasted peppers
Coke
Dinner: Salad with ham, cheese, carrots, sunflower seeds, croutons, french dressing
Macoroni salad, 4 chicken wings w/ bleu cheese, dinner roll
Mountain Dew
Dessert: Lemon dessert with small amt of frozen yogurt, mint chocolate brownie
I think I ate not the best foods at dinner, but I am still happy with today. I did not eat TONS plus I worked out A LOT....so all in all today was alright!
