Today I think I did really well. I jogged in place for 15 minutes and did some step aerobics and other aerobics...so exercise was good. Food was good too- I made good choices and I am happy with that....
Breakfast: Banana
Two pieces of 12 grain toast
Peanut Butter
Skim Milk
Lunch: Whole grain pita pocket
Chicken Salad
Red Pepper
Banana Pepper
Organic Spring Salad Mix
Dinner: Select Harvest Healthy Select Italian Wedding Soup
Grilled Cheese Sandwich
Applesauce
Coke
Water, Water, Water
