I wanted to start my accountability for today so I do not forget....after work I have to go to grad classes tonight so I will not be home until about 10pm....so I do not want to forget......
Accountability:
Snack (Pre-workout): Banana
Breakfast: Two pieces of 12 grain toast with peanut butter
Skim Milk
Lunch: Whole Grain Pita Pocket
Organic Spring Mix Salad
3TB of Red Roasted Pepper Hummus
Banana Peppers
Red Roasted Peppers
Snack: Banana
Dinner: 1 cup Chili
5 Sesame Toasteds with 5 pieces Havarti Cheese
Cinnamon Applesauce
I had to take dinner to class- so it had to be travel friendly.
All in all I am happy with today...I just noticed that I had NO soda today---woooo hooo~ I only had water and milk today- nice job---it was not even that hard, I forgot about it until night while I was journaling....:) I think I should of had a little more at dinner (I still had lots of calories left over for today)....but I think I did well.
