Sam and I both have this weekend off- so I am happy that we are getting to spend time together.
Today has been a pretty easy day so far- we hung around the house together....and then we went to Costcos and Shaws- and I got some healthy stuff for the upcoming week- I bought stuff I could eat easily for lunch...hoping this will make things better.
Accountability thus far:
Breakfast/Lunch: 1 cup cheerios with skim milk
2 pieces 12 grain toast with peanut butter
Strawberries
Skim Milk
Snack: General Tso Kettle Cooked Chips
Mug Rootbeer
