I often think of everything I need to do or get done....especially when I try to wound down at night.
Decided to make a list on my journal so I know I documented it and would not have to keep it in
my mind!
Goals for tommorow (Friday, 1/23/09)
Make healthy food choices
Read some of ch. 3 in psychopathology
Do Dishes
Meeting at 4pm
