Tuesday's Accountability

breakfast: two pieces of toast with peanut butter
                   glass of skim milk
lunch: fruit salad

snack: 8 oz cranberry gingerale

dinner: spinach/lettuce salad with balsamic vinegerette dressing
              chicken fajita (skinless chicken, onion, red bell pepper, salsa, sour cream)
               small serving of vegetable rice
               corn
               coke a cola

water

i am happy with today.  dinner was INCREDIBLY yummy!
