(no subject)
Greetings!
It looks like a battlefield... a virtual one, but a battlefield nonetheless. EZBoard was attacked today, and the wreckage is immense. I am praying that they can restore as much as possible... but I look at the board, and see what's left or come back, not sure which, and I want to cry. Menagerie is but a shadow of its former self after so many have worked so hard and dared so much. Other boards are hurt as bad or worse, and I am sad and enraged. How dare someone do this? And for what?
I know that many folk have to deal w/the RL counterpart of this every day of their lives. I'm not saying that my pain is anywhere near to theirs. But at the same time... I hurt.
All my Daily Inspirations are gone... I'm praying they will come back. I wanted and want to publish them... I only hope I still can. If any of you have copies, pls, pls let me know. I composed them on the boards, and only ever got a few of them copied back. Foolish, I know. But the 'net didn't used to be like this... and I'm old-fashioned. I still trusted a few places. Anyway. Another safe place has been violated, and my heart bleeds a little more.
Not at all what I needed on top of my life right now.
