Email I got the other day.

Apr 27, 2006 07:21

Hey everyone. I got this email from the university and just wanted to comment. It's about time the university did something about the crappy wireless it offers around campus. For anyone who has tried to use their laptop in the underground I think you know what I'm talking about. The way it constantly turns on and off is a pain in the behind. Anywho, just saying if you didn't see this email then you might want to respond to it.

Please help the University plan new wireless networking coverage, and
enter to win a free iPod at the same time!

The University will be expanding the UA wireless network this summer
thanks in large part to the student technology fee that was recently
approved by the Arizona Board of Regents. While it will not be possible
to provide complete wireless coverage to the entire campus immediately,
we would like your input so that we can address the high priority areas
first. Where would you most like to have wireless networking coverage?

Please take just a couple of minutes to submit a brief survey (only four
questions!), and we'll enter you in a drawing for a free iPod donated by
the University of Arizona Bookstores. All responses must be received by
Sunday, April 30 at midnight and are completely anonymous.
