I'm sorry if I've been a bad friend to you lately. This probably sounds like me trying to make excuses for myself but I really just haven't been feeling sociable. I haven't been sleeping very well and I keep being weird and moody around Matt. Thank goodness he is patient with me. I most certainly am lucky.

I'm making an appointment tomorrow to figure out what the heck is wrong with me. I can't keep living my life like this.
