Easter Weekend..
So...Friday night was good. Kristin came over to help me get things ready for Saturday. We made cupcakes that ended up burnt!, brownies, set up the basement, and cleaned it too! She really helped me alot! I miss her terribly! and it was nice to spend some time together with her. I really miss her, and just talking to her about everything. I usually talk to my mom or Tom, but it's never the same as talking to your best friend. Somehow, we need to do that alot more often!
Saturday went well. I got my haircut at 9:45am, which looks awesome by the way! I came home and I put the ham in at about 12pm. Tom and I cleaned and were all ready by 3pm, when everyone arrived. It was really nice to see all the kids together...it's been awhile for that, since someone is usually sick!
Sunday, I worked 5:30-2p, then we got ready and headed for Tami's house. Only Kenny and Kody were there from my brother's family. The others spent some time with Danielle and Grandpa Louis. Shawn's, my brother's wife, mom passed away on Friday. The funeral is Wed. at 11am. Tom and I are going, and we took the rest of the day off too. I was supposed to have an exam in the am, but I emailed my prof to take it later Wed. or Thurs. So...Tami's was fun. The kids had an egg hunt too, and Tommy ended up with a ton of books from everyone. I think he got 12 over the holiday!!! He loves books..so it'll keep him busy!
