Yeah!!! Tom is on vacation!! I am too, except yesterday I had to work!
We went over my sis's house on Sunday for Labor Day! Then, Tom's mom's house on Monday! I love hanging out with both our families...so nice! My sister gave me a butt load or books to read and a card :P Tom's mom gave us a card and a teether! Tom's grandma gave us a card too!!! Sooo cute! I can't wait!
On Tuesday, we went to Tom's allergist, Blake's Cider Mill, the CU, home...then to Lowe's and home to shower. Then to Red Robin to eat, then home, then to Kristin's, then back to Lowe's, then HOME!! OMG...I hate running around! We bought new bathroom accessories in nickel to replace the yucky brass in there!! Sooo ugly!!! We bought paint too!!!
On Wednesday, I had to work from 7-3 to do the ordering...then, when I got home...Tom was just starting to paint the walls...Twinberry Blossom!! Ok, so it's ALOT more blue than I wanted, I thought it was more purply..Agghh..oh well! Better than what they had! I made dinner on the grill (first time) since he was painting! I started working on Genevieve's party too! I got one card totally cut out, and organized all the folders.
Today, I am working on the other card we are going to make...I'm thinking a Christmas one!! It is never too early to consider doing your own Christmas cards!!! Her party starts at 7, so I am leaving here around 5:45....or so!
Tomorrow we are going to the Tigers game!!! Yeah...and maybe the grocery store! We haven't really shopped in a couple of months!! Just things here and there!
Saturday, I have to work 7-3. Tom is picking me up to take me to his sister's house for his niece's birthday in Lapeer. Then, we are going to Jimmy's condo in Rochester Hills to p-a-r-t-y!!!
Sunday brings breakfast and cookies...I want to bake, but no "real" work!! We are thinking of getting Tom a big screen TV....I told him if he wants it, to get it before the baby. Because after, he won't!!! Hey, you only live once!!!
