The Freezer is clean
I asked my mom why we werent using the deep freeze and I so regret asking. Yesterday I had the joy of cleaning my mom's deep freeze. It had been full of what once was food when the power went out due to hurricane Ike -- yep the remains got refrozen after two weeks with no power and then sat in there for 6 years. Disgusting is NOT a strong enough word. Thank God for face masks, laytex gloves and rubber aprons! Today it sits with baking soda and charcole in it to (hopefully) remove the oder. The yard stinks. I have scoured my skin and my clothes to the point of minor damage -- but the damn thing is clean.
