furniture and interior decoration products in Poland.
Today DEK is a real Furniture and Interior Design Centre made of 14
independent showrooms in the Olszewski Street in Kielce. Each showroom
is in fact a store, which at the same time presents a rich exposition of
furniture combined with interior decoration products, already known in
the world for their high quality and unique design. The expositions are
organised in themes enabling to obtain an easy and quick overview of the
whole companys offer.
The customer satisfaction was always the first aim of the business. In
fact DEK was the first company in Poland to offer their clients the free
delivery and installation services. Their new approach towards the
customer combined with a wide range of high quality and well-designed
products have quickly conquered the most demanding clients, which
results today with over 250 transactions daily. The key to this success
is the customer friendly sales area which is organised by the rule of
easy shopping, giving the ideas and leaving in the memory a nice,
esthetical impression. This success is also due to the business
partners: DEK has created business relations with more then 200
producers, always putting the customer satisfaction on the first place.
The entire exposition surface is over 17 thousand square metres while
the total companys area including the logistic buildings, such as
warehouses, transport centre and parking, occupies over 80 thousand
square metres.
