February shows and March snows

This past weekend I managed to take my sleep schedule to new highs of crazy. I had a friend come over to visit me at 1:30 am Thursday (my friends are horrible enablers, heh) and so of course I didn't end up going to bed till after he left, quite late. Then Friday I met up with my friend Mike at nattydotorg's art show opening in NY. It was lovely, and very crowded! If any of you NYC friends people are in the vicinity of The White Rabbit in East Village in the next few weeks, you should stop by and take a look at her paintings. They're a great mix of color and darkness and whimsy and humor.

I was going to go stay over at An's initially, but Kristine was also at the opening and offered me her place, so I went home with her instead. We actually left fairly early, before midnight, but ended up talking and such till 4 am anyway. The next morning we had to wake up at 8 am, and Kristine's father took us out to breakfast, and then I returned to Jersey to see An. Gina came down as well, and we all had lunch together and hung out sleepily at An's house until An had to go to an art show of her own, and Gina and I had to go back into the city. I met up briefly with a friend from another social website I am on, and afterwards headed over to Brooklyn to see frankieteardrop DJ at Coco66. Went back to An's house and thought I'd try to be good and just drive back home and have a sleepy Sunday getting back on schedule. Instead.... stayed up till morning again, and slept all day. And now it's Monday morning and yeah, I don't even know what my sleep pattern is, hah. Have to go to a swing dancing lesson this evening though, so can't sleep all day this time. Thank goodness.
