(no subject)
We've been preparing for the first actual camping trip of the summer. Mirror Lake, which is one of the most sought after campgrounds and must be reserved a year in advance. I'm excited.
Anyway, last night we were in the trailer discussing what needs to be done before we leave and Shawn pointed out the broken vent on one side of the air conditioner. It's supposed to be able to lock closed so you can force the air out the other side if you want to. Shawn was saying we ought to replace it. I said "Naw, we could just use a little bit of duct tape to stick it down."
And then I realized what I'd said. Duct tape? I fish obsessively and I use duct tape to do a patch job on something that needs repair. I'm turning into Red Green
